MERCEDES TRADE PARTNER QUALITY PROGRAM
KEY POINTS OF MERCEDES QUALITY PROGRAM AND REQUIREMENTS
1. Trade Contractors are required to properly and professionally complete their work in a timely manner as scheduled by Mercedes Homes.
2. All work and materials provided shall comply 100% with all applicable State, Federal and Municipal codes and requirements.
3. Trade Contractors are required to leave the home and site in a clean and orderly condition daily upon the completion of portions of their work. On a daily basis, all debris must be placed in the proper trash bin or removed from the jobsite and the house broom-swept clean and locked upon their departure.
4. Trade Contractors shall warrant all provided materials and/or equipment to be free of defects for a minimum period of one (1) year from the date of conveyance to the customer. Materials and/or equipment incorporated into the Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Windows, and Roofing shall be warranted for a minimum period of (2) years from the date of conveyance to the customer. Manufacturer's written warranty(s) and all applicable installation and operating instructions and manuals shall be provided and delivered to Mercedes Homes.
5. Trade Contractors are required to honor all warranties, providing emergency service on weekends, holidays and evenings where applicable. Non-emergency warranty work must be scheduled within 24 hours of being contacted. Mercedes Homes to determine Emergency.
6. Trade Contractor Service Representatives are required to be well-groomed, professionally dressed, and shall carry or wear proper identification on all calls.
7. Trade Contractors shall be fully and currently licensed in compliance with all Federal, State, and Municipal requirements.
