Though Mercedes Homes, as all builders do, places a high value on competitive pricing for our customers, in the final analysis, competitive pricing without acceptable Quality is of little value to our customers.

Please read thoroughly the following vendor quality requirements. These requirements, among others, are expected of all Mercedes Homes business partners. Once you have satisfied yourself that you are able and willing to meet these requirements you will be invited to submit a bid package request to the Mercedes Homes Division of your choice. If you are in a position to provide service to more than one division, it is recommended that you establish a working relationship with one division and then work through purchasing management to expand the scope of your relationship with Mercedes Homes.
